Thank you for contacting SKINTALIZE. Our cancellation policy is as follows. We require a booking fee for all services. This fee can go towards the service cost, can be refunded the day of service, can be held in a client account to be applied for future bookings or applied towards gratuity.

We kindly ask that you give 48 hour notice for any rescheduling or cancellations or the booking fee is held as the cancellation fee. 

As a small business last minute cancellations affect our business tremendously and impairs others from booking appointments.

If the courtesy of 48 hour notice is not given then the booking fee is held for the cancellation fee and up to 50% of the service cost may apply.

SKINTALIZE offers "At Home" Appointments for individuals who may need services in the comfort of their own home for various health reasons or circumstances. Please contact us for more information on the available services provided for this convenience. A time and travel cost will apply in addition to cost of service.
